COLOMER-RIFÀ is a professional office specialized in project design and construction management in the fields of engineering, architecture and the environment. We also take care of comprehensive management of works and carry out turnkey projects.

Our objective is to design highly functional, environmentally sustainable buildings with an avant-garde design, prioritizing the needs and expectations of our clients in terms of deadlines, budget, environmental awareness, etc.

We prioritize quality, environmental preservation criteria and the health and safety of the people who make up COLOMER-RIFÀ in the provision of all our services. As well as, we introduce these aspects in the methodology of the processes that make up our activity, from commercial management, through the design of the project to the direction of the works and their completion.

The management of the company publishes the Integrated Policy for Quality, Environment and Health and Safety at Work with the aim of extending it to all interested parties.es interesadas.

The Integrated Policy is supported by senior management and does so through the implementation of the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system, the UNE-EN ISO 14001: 2015 environmental management system and the management of health and safety at work UNE-EN ISO 45001: 2018. It is also senior management who undertakes to allocate the necessary resources for its implementation and continuous improvement.

The person in charge of the Integral Management System assumes the commitment to ensure the correct implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Integral Management System through annual audits.

The Comprehensive Policy is understood, implemented and kept up to date by all COLOMER-RIFÀ staff.

The Comprehensive Policy is an indispensable tool to achieve:
 The fulfillment of the needs and expectations of our clients regarding the quality of the services provided, the criteria of environmental preservation and health and safety at work.
 Compliance with the legal, regulatory and normative requirements applicable to our activity. Also from an environmental and Health and Safety point of view at work.
 The identification of the training needs of our workers with the aim that they achieve professional excellence, full environmental awareness and have the knowledge and tools to improve safety and health in their workplace.
 Continuous improvement of the Comprehensive System in order to remain competitive and offer added value to all our clients

This Policy is the basis of our Comprehensive Management System. It is made public and accessible to all company personnel and also to all interested parties.
